We have experience
F3 Construction, LLC is a locally owned, private company located in Elizabethtown, NC and licensed by the state of North Carolina to perform General Contracting. We specialize in both commercial and residential construction including new construction as well as additions, renovations, remodeling, restorations, and repairs.
Founded in 2011 on the principal that each customer deserves the best service and each project deserves the best quality.
Jeff Futrell, Owner:
- Licensed Building Contractor, by the Licensing Board for General Contractors, by the state of North Carolina. License No. 70858.
- Over 22 years hands on experience in general contracting in commercial and residential construction, including project costs estimating, scheduling, purchasing, job coordination of personnel including subcontractors & suppliers, and project management.
- B.S. in Industrial Technology, with a concentration in Construction Management, and a Business Minor, East Carolina University.
We gladly provide complete cost estimates based upon your plans, needs, and expectations, or we can provide our recommendations that fit your personal or professional needs.
